This package includes two sessions per week, custom nutrition planning, access to the TrueCoach app, and weekly assessments to track performance and adjust when necessary. Here, you’ll see measurable improvements, not just in strength, but also in confidence, body composition, and habits.
The Gold Plan – For Full Commitment
$379/month
This is the ultimate plan, which includes three sessions per week, personalized nutrition coaching, TrueCoach app access, weekly assessments, and priority scheduling. This package is designed for those committed to transforming their lives, physically and mentally.
Remote Coaching That Actually Works

Online fitness coaching isn’t a new concept, but many miss the mark. Generic templates, lack of real follow-up, and minimal support are often the norm. That’s not how I operate.
With my remote coaching plans, you’ll receive tailored workouts, regular check-ins, and real communication:
Basic Coaching ($97/month): Includes monthly feedback and custom plans.
Standard Coaching ($127/month): Features bi-weekly check-ins and nutrition support.
Premium Coaching ($147/month): Offers weekly communication and comprehensive coaching for both training and diet.
Nutrition guidance can be added to any plan or purchased standalone if that's your primary focus.
Nutrition Coaching: The Missing Piece for Most People

Many people sign up for training, but diet is where most individuals struggle. I offer three nutrition only options:
Standalone nutrition coaching: $50/month
Add-on for in-person clients: $25/month
Add-on for online clients: $30/month
