Youth Athletes and Lifters
I design age-appropriate training that builds confidence, strength, and sport-specific skill in a safe and effective way.

Physique Athletes and Contest Prep
For bodybuilders, I offer full periodization programs, contest prep with peak week planning, day-of-show backstage support, and single-session bodybuilding workouts. I am currently coaching clients in the OCB.

Kyle Lofton

​Hey, I’m Kyle. I’m an ISSA Certified Elite Trainer with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the weight room, and I’m currently training for bodybuilding myself. I work with a wide range of clients, from busy adults and seniors to youth athletes and physique-focused clients, building personalized programs around strength, nutrition, performance, and long-term progress. My approach is practical, individualized, and rooted in what works in real life, not just on paper.
